Downtown Bristol landmark to be sold at auction

BRISTOL, Va. - A building that's stood in downtown Bristol since the late 19th century is up for sale.
The three-story Susong building is scheduled to go on the auction block at 10 a.m. Saturday.
The 9,600-square-foot cut stone and brick building was completed in 1898.
Auctioneer Bart Long tells the Bristol Herald-Courier ( http://bit.ly/zrT99H) that most of the building is original.
It houses a coffee shop on the first floor. The upper floors are vacant.
