STEVENSVILLE, Md. - The Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man they say poured bleach on a grocery store case full of meat.
Fifty-seven-year-old John Allen Waskey of Chester has been charged with malicious destruction of property of more than $500, theft of less than $1,000 and contaminating or poisoning food or drink.
