RUCKERSVILLE, Va. - Police in Virginia are evaluating a 5-year old boy who allegedly stabbed three people with an "edged object."
Media reports said the three injured during the attack Monday were treated for wounds not considered life threatening at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. The injured were two juveniles and an adult.
WCAV-TV in Charlottesville ( http://bit.ly/z9e687) reported that the violence stemmed from a dispute over a juice box.
The incident was under investigation by the Greene County Sheriff's Department. Messages left by The Associated Press for Sheriff Steve Smith were not immediately returned Tuesday.
A neighbor described the child as a "happy go lucky little dude."
Ruckersville is located in central Virginia about 20 miles northeast of Charlottesville.
