WASHINGTON - Authorities have made an arrest in the killing of a 19-year-old man in northeast Washington in October.
D.C. police say members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested and charged 22-year-old Terry Terrell Johnson of southeast Washington with first-degree murder on Wednesday afternoon.
Police say they were called to the 5200 block of Clay Street on Oct. 26 to investigate a report of a shooting. Officers at the scene found a 19-year-old man unconscious and suffering from multiple gunshot injuries. The man, identified as Andre Wiggins, was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
