NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - A nonprofit group is seeking applications for a special Virginia license plate aimed at raising public awareness of the benefits of trees.
Virginia Loves Trees needs to obtain at least 450 applications for the Virginia Loves Trees license plate by the end of December.
