HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - A Hagerstown woman is charged with abducting her 3-year-old daughter from a foster home.
Twenty-six-year-old Danielle Blowe is being held on $75,000 bond after she allegedly took the girl from foster care in the 1200 block of Jefferson Boulevard on Saturday night.
