WASHINGTON - Three Virginia men have been arrested in connection with last month's death of a 61-year-old man in D.C.
D.C. police say 19-year-old Phillip Charles Swan of Orange, 21-year-old Theodore Spencer of Unionville and 19-year-old Terrell Antwuan Wilson of Culpeper each are accused of first-degree murder while armed in the death of Glenn Scarborough.
Scarborough was found June 19 inside a home in the 1300 block of Levis Street in the Trinidad neighborhood of Northeast D.C. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Police said at the time that preliminary evidence indicated Scarborough had been stabbed, and that duct tape may have been affixed to part of his body.
Police say members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested the three suspects Thursday.
