Leesburg man accused of sexually assaulting 4-year-old

WASHINGTON - An employee of a Leesburg preschool has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 4-year-old student.
Brad R. Minor, 23, of Leesburg was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of forcible sodomy and ordered held in the Loudoun Count Adult Detention Center without bond.
Minor worked at Chesterbrook Academy at 6 Cardinal Park Drive SE in Leesburg.
Leesburg Police say they received a complaint from a parent on March 7 stating that the child had made comments. Police opened an investigation at that point with the Loudoun County Child Protective Services.
The principal of Chesterbrook was informed of the incident and has been cooperating with the investigation.
