WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) - A Sykesville man has been convicted of assault and child abduction after he fled in a car with his girlfriend's son.
A Carroll County Court judge convicted 31-one-year-old Michael Andrew Terrell on Monday. Sentencing is set for Dec. 15.
