HAGERSTOWN, Md. - A Washington County District judge has denied a teenager's request for release or lower bail in an attempted murder case.

Seventeen-year-old Dennis Marshall Jr. of Hagerstown is charged with attempted murder, assault and other offenses in the shooting of 18-year-old Colin Williams on Oct. 17.

The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports that Judge Dana Moylan Wright ordered Marshall to remain jailed on $800,000 bond. ( http://bit.ly/tcsTti)
