ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith visited state lawmakers in Annapolis, and he brought the Lombardi Trophy along.
Smith appeared Thursday with team president Dick Cass in the state Senate and the House of Delegates.
The Ravens defeated the San Francisco 49ers in last month's Super Bowl to win the Lombardi Trophy.
Lawmakers took turns having photos taken with Smith and the trophy. Gov. Martin O'Malley, who was Baltimore's mayor before becoming governor, also dropped by to see the trophy. The governor cheered the Ravens on during their playoff run by coloring the capitol dome and the governor's residence with purple light.
