Misi ruled out for Dolphins’ game against KC

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) — Middle linebacker Koa Misi has been ruled out of the Miami Dolphins’ game Sunday against Kansas City because of an ankle injury.

Misi will miss his second consecutive game. Guard Shelley Smith was also ruled out Friday because of a knee injury.

Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey is doubtful. He’s recovering from hip surgery and returned to practice on a limited basis this week.

Tight end Charles Clay is questionable because of a knee injury.

Jason Trusnik will again start for Misi. Dallas Thomas will make his first NFL start in place of Smith.
