UNDATED (AP) -- The World Anti-Doping Agency wants Lance Armstrong to confess under oath in order to seek a reduction in his lifetime ban from sports for doping during his seven Tour de France victories. Armstrong confessed to Oprah Winfrey in an interview to be broadcast later this week that he was doping while winning the Tour from 1999-2005. The International Cycling Union says it wants Armstrong to testify before its commission on doping.
