LAKE FOREST, Ill., (AP) -- Bears quarterback Jay Cutler hasn't been given medical clearance to play after suffering a concussion and sitting out the second half of last week's loss to Houston, so he'll miss Monday night's game against San Francisco. Former Redskins and Raiders starter Jason Campbell will under center against the 49ers.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) -- Reigning NFL Coach of the Year Jim Harbaugh is expected to be on San Francisco's sidelines and running the show during Monday night's game against Chicago. The 49ers coach, who turns 49 next month, has returned to the team after missing work Thursday to undergo a minor procedure for an irregular heartbeat.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- The Eagles say quarterback Michael Vick will miss Sunday's game against NFC East-rival Washington as he continues recovering from a concussion suffered in last week's loss to division-rival Dallas. That means rookie Nick Foles will get his first NFL start.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- Dell Demps' overhaul of the Hornets roster is impressing first-year team owner Tom Benson, who has OK'd a new multi-year contract extension for his general manager, who joined the club in 2010. A young New Orleans team brings a 3-3 record into this evening's home game against Oklahoma City.

ATLANTA (AP) -- Former WNBA star Chamique (sha-MEE'-kwah) Holdslcaw is free on $100,000 bond after surrendering to Atlanta police to face charges of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm while committing a felony. The Olympic gold medalist is accused of firing a shot into the car of former Atlanta Dream teammate Jennifer Lacy, who says Holdslcaw is an ex-girlfriend.
