ASHBURN, Va. (AP) -- Pierre Garcon, Jammal Brown and Brandon Meriweather are back on the practice field as the Washington Redskins return from their bye week.
All three took part in Monday's session, although not in every drill.
Meriweather appears closest to playing in Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The safety has been out all season with a sprained left knee.
Receiver Garcon says he's still feeling pain from a torn foot ligament that has limited him to three games this season.
Brown's practice was his first of the season. He has been recovering from hip surgery and is still a couple of weeks from being able to play.
Players said they felt rejuvenated after the break despite a 3-6 record. They've been helped by the struggles of the other NFC East teams.
