NEW YORK (AP) -- Comments on the Indianapolis Colts by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
___
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (10)
Chris Berman (ESPN, 14) -- Chuckstrong indeed.
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 14) -- With each victory, an improbable playoff season appears likely.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 11)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 13) -- Bruce Arians has done a wonderful job in Chuck Pagano's absence and has them primed for the playoffs.
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 10) -- It's looking awfully good for Andrew Luck's Colts to get into the tournament as a wild card. Nice job by rookie T.Y. Hilton with two TDs to spark the win over Buffalo.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 10) -- QB Andrew Luck isn't the only rookie excelling for the Colts. Third-rounder T.Y. Hilton leads all rookie receivers with three 100-yard games and also has returned a punt for a touchdown.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 10) -- This is better than a feel-good story. This is a pretty good football team.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 10) -- If they forced more turnovers, they would be really dangerous.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 12) -- Inspiration can never be underestimated and neither can a talented rookie quarterback. T.Y.Hilton is becoming a factor as a receiver and returner.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 12) -- The Colts continue their special season and are now 7-4.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 9) -- There's another feel-good story in Indianapolis besides the team -- and cheerleaders -- rallying behind leukemia-stricken coach Chuck Pagano. The Colts are on the verge of going from a 2-14 record in 2011 to making the playoffs.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 11) -- They apparently went through an entire rebuilding process before an egg timer could have gone off.
