Indianapolis at N.Y. Giants, 8:30 p.m. EST. It’s no longer the Manning Bowl with Peyton in Denver, but the Colts are now Andrew Luck’s team as he threw for 400 yards and three touchdowns last week and has passed for at least 300 yards in six straight games — the longest streak in Colts history. The Giants are coming off a bye-week break and Eli Manning has won his past two starts at home, throwing for 434 yards and four TDs with no INTs.

Passing

–Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers, threw for six touchdowns for the second consecutive week, setting an NFL mark. Roethlisberger’s 12 touchdown passes over the last two games broke the mark of 11 set by Tom Flores for Oakland in 1963 and matched by New England’s Tom Brady in 2007. He also passed for 340 yards in a 43-23 win over Baltimore.

— Tom Brady, Patriots, outdueled Peyton Manning by throwing for four touchdowns in leading New England past Denver 43-21. He was 33 of 53 for 333 yards.

— Brian Hoyer, Browns, went 21 of 34 for a season-high 300 yards, two TDs and two interceptions in Cleveland’s 22-17 win over Tampa Bay.

— Ryan Tannehill, Dolphins, threw for 288 yards and three scores and had a career-high passer rating of 125.6 when he called it a day after three quarters in Miami’s 37-0 rout of San Diego. He also ran for 47 yards on four carries.

— Carson Palmer, Cardinals, finished 22 of 34 for 249 yards and three touchdowns as Arizona took over sole possession of the NFL’s best record (7-1) with a 28-17 victory at Dallas.

— Peyton Manning, Broncos, threw for 438 yards and two touchdowns, but also had two passes intercepted in Denver’s 43-21 loss at New England.

Rushing

— Jeremy Hill, Bengals, ran for a career-high 154 yards and a pair of touchdowns, including a 60-yarder in the fourth quarter that helped Cincinnati hold on for a 33-23 victory over Jacksonville.

— Matt Asiata, Vikings, rushed for three touchdowns in Minnesota’s 29-26 win over Washington. His three career games with three rushing TDs are the most of any undrafted player in his first three seasons in the common draft era since 1967.

— Alfred Morris, Redskins, rushed for two touchdowns and 92 yards in Washington’s 29-26 loss at Minnesota.

— LeSean McCoy, Eagles, rushed 23 times for 117 yards in Philadelphia’s 31-21 win at Houston.

— Denard Robinson, Jaguars, ran for 94 yards and a score in Jacksonville’s 33-23 loss at Cincinnati.

— Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks, ran for two scores in Seattle’s 30-24 win over Oakland.

Receiving

— Jeremy Maclin, Eagles, had 158 yards receiving and two touchdowns on six catches in Philadelphia’s 31-21 win at Houston.

— Emmanuel Sanders, Broncos, caught 10 passes for 151 yards, but Denver lost to New England 43-21.

— Percy Harvin, Jets, had 11 catches for 129 yards in New York’s 24-10 loss at Kansas City.

— Rob Gronkowski, Patriots, caught nine passes for 105 yards and a TD in New England’s 43-21 romp of Denver.

— Mike Evans, Buccaneers, had seven receptions for 124 yards and two TDs in Tampa Bay’s 22-17 loss at Cleveland.

— Allen Hurns, Jaguars, made seven catches for 112 yards and two scores in Jacksonville’s 33-23 loss at Cincinnati.

— Antonio Brown, Steelers, caught 10 passes for 138 yards and a score in a 43-23 win over Baltimore. Rookie teammate Martavis Bryant hauled in two scoring receptions and has five touchdowns in three games.

Special Teams

— Julian Edelman, Patriots, returned a punt 84 yards for a score in helping New England top Denver 43-21.

— Billy Winn, Browns, set up Cleveland’s first score in a 22-17 win by blocking a 31-yard field-goal attempt by Tampa Bay’s Patrick Murray.

— Greg Zuerlein, Rams, kicked the go-ahead 39-yard field goal with 5:25 left to help St. Louis top San Francisco 13-10.

— Denico Autry, Raiders, blocked Jon Ryan’s punt and Brice Butler recovered in the end zone for a touchdown in Oakland’s 30-24 loss at Seattle. It was the first punt block for a TD against Seattle since 2003 and second for Oakland in the past two seasons.

— Taylor Mays, Bengals, blocked Bryan Anger’s punt out of the end zone for a safety in Cincinnati’s 33-23 win over Jacksonville.

–Brad Wing, Steelers, tacked on a 2-point conversion following one TD in a 43-23 win over Baltimore when the holder — also the Pittsburgh punter — made up for a botched hold by scrambling to his right and connecting with tight end Matt Spaeth.

In the same game, Jacoby Jones, Ravenes, had a 108-yard kickoff return for a touchdown

— A.J. Bouye, Texans, returned an interception 51 yards for a touchdown in Houston’s 31-21 loss to Philadelphia.

— Bruce Irvin, Seahawks, ran back an interception 35 yards for a score in Seattle’s 30-24 win over Oakland.

— Robert Quinn, Rams, had two sacks, including one that forced San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick to fumble in St. Louis’ 13-10 win.

— Brent Grimes, Dolphins, intercepted two of Philip Rivers’ passes in Miami’s 37-0 rout of San Diego.

— Jumal Rolle, Texans, had two interceptions in Houston’s 31-21 loss to Philadelphia.

MILESTONES

New England’s Tom Brady has 51,541 yards passing, surpassing John Elway (51,475) for the fifth-most in NFL history. In his 200th career regular-season start, Brady also earned his 155th victory, the most of any starting quarterback through his first 200 regular-season starts. … The Patriots’ Ron Gronkowski recorded his 50th TD catch in his 59th game, tying Randy Moss as the second-fastest players in NFL history to reach the milestone. Lance Alworth (54 games) is the only player to reach it in fewer games. … Denver’s Peyton Manning has a touchdown pass in 47 consecutive games, tying him with Johnny Unitas for third-longest streak in NFL history. … Julius Thomas became the first tight end in Broncos history with back-to-back seasons of 10 or more TDs.

STREAKS & STATS

Dallas’ DeMarco Murray had his record streak of eight straight 100-yard games to start the season end against Arizona, which didn’t allow a 100-yard rusher for the 18th consecutive game. Murray rushed for 79 yards on 19 carries. … Arizona’s Larry Fitzgerald extended the longest active streak with at least one catch to 157 games. He had a 31-yarder on third down on Arizona’s first scoring drive while trailing 10-0 and led the Cardinals with five catches for 70 yards. … San Diego lost 37-0 at Miami, marking the first time the Chargers were shut out since 1999, while the Dolphins earned their first shutout since 2006. … Minnesota sacked Washington’s Robert Griffin III five times, including on three straight plays in the third quarter of the Vikings’ 29-26 win. The last time the Vikings defense had sacks on three straight snaps was Dec. 28, 2003, at Arizona. … San Francisco’s Colin Kaepernick threw a 27-yard touchdown pass to Anquan Boldin in a 13-10 loss to St. Louis, giving him TD passes in 15 straight games — tied for the second-longest streak in franchise history with Jeff Garcia. Hall of Famer Steve Young had 17 in a row.

Arizona (7-1) has sole possession of the best record in the NFC this late in the season for the first time since 1974 after beating Dallas 28-17. … The New York Jets fell to Kansas City 24-10, their eighth straight loss — the team’s longest skid since 1996, when it also dropped eight in a row before finishing 1-15 in its final year under Rich Kotite. The franchise has never lost nine in a row. … San Diego lost 37-0 at Miami, remaining winless in South Florida since January 1982, a stretch that includes eight consecutive losses to the Dolphins.

BRADY VS. MANNING

Tom Brady and his New England Patriots routed Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos 43-21 to grab the best record in the AFC. Brady outdueled Manning in the 16th installment of their rivalry and is 11-5 in the head-to-head matchup.

ROUGH DAY

The two buses transporting Washington Redskins players, coaches and team personnel to the game against the Minnesota Vikings collided on an interstate exit ramp on their way to TCF Bank Stadium. The Redskins arrived relatively safely, but not wholly unscathed. Bumped knees and whiplash were common complaints. Team spokesman Tony Wyllie said before the game no one was injured, but coach Jay Gruden confirmed afterward that rookie running back Silas Redd Jr. was held out of the game because of back spasms.

STEPPING IN

Mark Sanchez replaced an injured Nick Foles to help keep Philadelphia in first place with a 31-21 win over the Houston Texans. Foles hurt his left shoulder late in the first quarter, and Sanchez came on to threw for 202 yards and two touchdowns. Sanchez, who also threw two interceptions, missed all of last season after tearing the labrum in his right shoulder in the preseason. He last played on Dec. 30, 2012, with the New York Jets. … Jeremy Hill ran for a career-high 154 yards and a pair of touchdowns, including a 60-yarder in the fourth quarter that helped the Cincinnati Bengals hold on for a 33-23 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Hill started in place of the injured Giovani Bernard, who was out with shoulder and hip injuries. It was the most yards by a Bengals running back since Cedric Benson ran for 198 in a 45-10 win over Chicago on Oct. 25, 2009.

VICK STARTS

Starting his first game with the Jets in place of Geno Smith, Michael Vick threw for 196 yards and a touchdown in New York’s 24-10 loss at Kansas City. He briefly left early in the fourth quarter after taking a massive hit from the Chiefs’ Josh Mauga and walking unsteadily off the field, but returned to finish.

IN HER HONOR

The Cincinnati Bengals honored Mount St. Joseph basketball player Lauren Hill, who played her first game across town on Sunday despite an inoperable brain tumor. They showed the freshman forward’s first basket on the videoboard during a timeout. Defensive tackle Devon Still wore her name on his eye black strips, and left tackle Andrew Whitworth had her No. 22 on his gloves.

RG III RETURNS

Washington’s Robert Griffin III went 18 for 28 for 251 yards and one touchdown plus 24 yards on seven carries for in the Redskins’ 29-26 loss at Minnesota in his first appearance following a seven-week absence due to a dislocated ankle.

SIDELINED

Eagles linebacker DeMeco Ryans tore his right Achilles tendon in Philadelphia’s 31-21 win over Houston, a person familiar with the injury said. Ryans was carted off the field in the fourth quarter after fumbling the ball following an interception. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the Eagles didn’t release details of the injury. … The Eagles also lost quarterback Nick Foles to a possible shoulder injury. Foles wore a sling on his left arm after the game. … Texans running back Arian Foster left late in the game and coach Bill O’Brien said he injured his groin. O’Brien was hoping Foster would be OK after an extra week of rest with the bye next week. Texans cornerbacks Johnathan Joseph and Kareem Jackson were also injured in the first quarter. … Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker left his team’s loss at New England with a back injury. … Dolphins running back Lamar Miller left his team’s win over San Diego in the second half with an injury. He said he suffered a stinger that wasn’t serious. … Dallas quarterback Tony Romo was inactive against Arizona with two small cracked bones in his back, sustained on a sack last week against Washington.
