FBI investigating swastikas at Ga. frat house

ATLANTA (AP) — Emory University officials say the FBI has joined an investigation into swastikas that were painted on the exterior of a historically Jewish fraternity house at the Georgia school.

The FBI has launched a federal civil rights investigation over the graffiti painted on the Alpha Epsilon Pi house at the Atlanta school.

University officials have said the fraternity house was targeted early Sunday morning, shortly after the end of the observance of the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur. Alpha Epsilon Pi is a global Jewish fraternity with headquarters in Indianapolis, according to a description on its website.

Anyone with information on the graffiti is asked to call the FBI’s Atlanta Division.
