WASHINGTON - High school seniors face a lot of pressure going through the college application process, but once they are in, some colleges are more stressful on students than others.
The most stressful colleges list compiled by Newsweek and College Prowler considers various sources of pressure on students including: prospects of debt, social anxieties and the realities of life as an adult.
To compare the campuses, the pollsters considered tuition, the percentage of students receiving financial aid, the average amount of financial aid, the selectivity based on the average SAT or ACT score and the percent of applicants admitted, Newsweek reports.
