RICHMOND, Va. - In a Jan. 30 story about legislation to allow local school districts the option to set their own dates for starting the school year, The Associated Press overstated the tourism industry's estimates of revenues and job losses if the bill becomes law. The projected loss is expected be $369 million, and the number of jobs lost is uncertain.
