WASHINGTON (AP) — The 78-17 roll call Thursday by which the Senate confirmed Sylvia Mathews Burwell to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.

A “yes” vote is a vote to confirm the nomination.

Voting yes were 52 Democrats, 24 Republicans and 2 independents.

Voting no were 0 Democrats and 17 Republicans.
