WASHINGTON - Baseball season and bathing suit season are both in full-swing, but it turns out the two aren't mutually exclusive. A growing number of baseball stadiums are offering healthier choices for those who wish to avoid the hot dogs and beer.

Health.com recently put together a list of 30 healthy choices at baseball stadiums across the country. Not only do many of the choices look appetizing, but the calorie count won't kill a diet.

At No. 16 on the list, Nationals Park offers a grilled vegetable wrap at The Healthy Plate that's chock full of vitamins and fiber. The wrap, which is full of red bell peppers, tomatoes onions and more clocks in at 270 calories.

Here's eight of Health.com's list of 30. To check out the rest, click here.

  • Angel Stadium, Anaheim, Calif.- Check out the grilled vegetable vegan panini at Panini café. This sandwich, with zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and pesto sauce is sure to please at around 300 calories.

  • AT&T Park, San Francisco - You have to be careful with what dressings you add on the hand-carved roasted turkey sandwich at this park. The King Street Carvery uses lean, low-fat turkey and when left alone, this sandwich tallies about 250 calories. But, if you add the optional gravy, horseradish and cranberry, it can jump to around 800 calories.

  • Busch Stadium, St Louis - The vegetable lo mein available at a number of Asian stir-fry carts around the stadium will only set you back between 200 and 300 calories.

  • Chase Field, Phoenix - If you get a whole-wheat bun with barbeque sauce, the black bean veggie burger will keep you full through the ninth inning and only cost you about 300 calories.

  • Citi Field, Flushing, N.Y. - It may not seem low-calorie, but a oven-baked potato knish from Gabila's is only 180 calories.

  • Citizens Bank Park, Philidelphia - Since it wouldn't be a trip to philly without a cheesesteak, a good calorie-conscious spot at the ballpark is Campo's, where you can get a "fake steak" with a hoagie roll for about 280 calories.

  • Comerica Park, Detroit - Sushi is the best choice at this park, where a salmon or cucumber roll is about 130 calories a pop.

  • Coors Field, Denver - Build your own salad at Infield Greens and you can keep your calorie intake down to about 150 calories - depending on what you add.
