NEW YORK (AP) — Staples says it’s investigating a potential credit card data breach and has been in touch with law enforcement officials about the issue. Earlier this month, Sears Holdings reported a data breach at its Kmart stores. Other retailers who have suffered breaches include Target, Supervalu and Home Depot.

CVS pulled tobacco from its store shelves earlier this year.
