The United Nations Foundation will consolidate two Washington offices into one, larger location at 1750 Pennsylvania Ave. NW.
The UN Foundation has leased 85,000 square feet in the building, just a block from the White House, from owner Vornado/Charles E. Smith.
CBRE represented the UN Foundation. Terms of the lease weren't disclosed.
"The United Nations Foundation has experienced rapid expansion of its programs and, as a result, required more space," said CBRE's Tina Weaver.
The foundation will make the move in January 2014.
