This week, Mexico recovers following deadly twin storms Manuel and Ingrid, which left thousands homeless and more than 100 people dead. Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff delivers a scathing speech at the U.N. General Assembly, while back in her South American country the Boss, Bruce Springsteen, closes out the Rock in Rio festival sending the crowds into musical ecstasy.
