OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for a 34-year-old man accused of killing four people, including a prostitute featured on HBO's "Cathouse" series.
Prosecutors filed paperwork Tuesday saying they plan to seek the death penalty for Denny Edward Phillips.
Phillips faces six counts of murder because two of the victims were pregnant when they were killed. One of those victims, 22-year-old Brooke Phillips, had worked for a legal Nevada brothel featured on HBO.
She was not related to Denny Phillips, who has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Another man, David Allen Tyner, pleaded guilty to six counts of first-degree murder in the case last year and was sentenced to life in prison in a plea agreement to avoid a possible death sentence.
