WASHINGTON - You see it all the time. People pulling out cell phones during meals and meetings.
Now, a new survey by the University of Southern California finds that age plays a role in how people view texting while eating.
Fifty percent of those between 18 and 29 think texting during a meal is OK, compared to just 15 percent of folks 30 and older.
A third of the younger group thinks texting during a meeting is appropriate, compared to just 17 percent of folks 30 and older.
