DALE CITY, Va. - A 70-year-man is charged with reckless driving after crashing into two Virginia State Police cruisers on I-95 Saturday afternoon.
Police says it happened around 3:30p in the northbound lanes near the truck scales. A trooper was stopped along the left shoulder, behind a car that had been in an accident, when a Lexus driven by 70-year-old Robert Korinchak hit the cruiser from behind.
The Lexus had already sideswiped another state police cruiser at the scene.
InsideNova.com reports nobody was seriously injured in the crash, but traffic was snarled on I-95 for hours because of the crash.
