STERLING, Va. - The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and Virginia State Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who has failed to re-register as a violent sex offender.

Anthony Dellmore Norris, 27, is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 225 pounds. His last known address was on Davis Avenue in Leesburg. He is known to frequent the Sterling area.

Anyone with any information on Norris' whereabouts is asked to contact Virginia State Police at 703-771-2533.
