NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - New Castle County police say a Pennsylvania man has been charged in the death of a man in Pike Creek.
Twenty-eight-year-old Terrence Young of Landenberg, Pa., was charged Monday with criminally negligent homicide in the death of 26-year-old Sean Sumner of Alexandria, Va. Young was released on $5,000 bond.
The News Journal of Wilmington reports that police say Sumner was beaten outside a restaurant on Nov. 22 and found unresponsive in a home. He died at Christiana Hospital.
