Tablets are at the top of wish lists for the third year in a row, but there are a lot of great gadgets out there for the tech lover on your list.

Jim Barry, Digital Answer Man with the Consumer Electronics Association, brought his top tech gift picks into the Glass Enclosed Nerve Center on Thursday night to give us a first hand look.

For the music lover on your list, Barry says there are a lot of great blue tooth speaker options that play the music on your phone louder, and with better quality. They range in price from about $40 up into the hundreds, so you’re sure to find the right fit.

He also recommends a phablet, a gadget that is not quite tablet and more than a phone and a Microsoft tablet/notebook for $300.

Take a look at the video below for Stebben’s picks.
