Ben & Jerry’s debuts new ‘Anchorman’ flavor (Video)

WASHINGTON – Fictional TV “Anchorman” Ron Burgundy isn’t just selling Chryslers.

The character, hilariously played by Will Ferrell in the 2004 hit movie, has inspired a new Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, Today.com reports.

“Scotchy Scotch Scotch” is butterscotch ice cream with a butterscotch swirl. It does not contain alcohol, though it was created as a nod to Burgundy’s fondness for swigging booze behind the news desk.

The new flavor is now available in participating Ben & Jerry’s stores throughout the country, and will be available in grocery stores in a few weeks, Today.com reports. Find a location near you by visiting the Ben & Jerry’s website.

A TV spot for “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” was released this week. The movie hits theaters in December. Watch a trailer below:
