Recipe: Peppermint dream mug cake

It's midnight. You could really go for something sweet, but you want to sleep in the near future. What do you do? Make a mug cake!

Delicious and easy to make, we bet you've got most of these ingredients laying around your kitchen. Only five minutes stand between you and decadence!

Peppermint Dream Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 shot flour

shot* cocoa powder

egg

shot granulated sugar

1 pinch baking powder

shot oil (any type is fine)

1 shot milk

2 shots nutella

1 shot either crumbled peppermint bark or candy cane

*one shot = 3 tablespoons

Directions:

1. Rub oil or butter inside mug.

2. Combine ingredients in mug.

3. Mix batter with fork or spoon until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

4. Microwave for two minutes.

5. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
