On his 1978 smash hit, "The Gambler," country music singer Kenny Rogers cautioned listeners to "know when to walk away ... know when to run."
Perhaps he's taking his own advice.
According to a listing for Sotheby's International Realty, Rogers has put his Atlanta mansion on the market for $4.8 million.
Rogers' house, located in the North Buckhead community, has 22 rooms, an elevator and 10 -- yes, 10 -- fireplaces. There's also a home theater and swim-up bar.
So if you've got the cash, you can live in southern paradise. Just don't count your money sitting at the table.
