EL CAJON, Calif. (AP) -- The family of a murder victim is demanding an apology from a San Diego Superior Court judge who performed a wedding for the killer after sentencing him to a lifetime in prison.
U-T San Diego reports (http://bit.ly/17Uyi9e ) the family of Kevin Santos will also file a complaint against Judge Patricia Cookson with the state agency that investigates judicial misconduct.

Santos' relatives said they were rushed out of the courtroom after the sentencing, and were insulted when they later learned about the ceremony.
