Mayor to award trophy in food truck competition

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is planning to visit an all-day competition between food trucks from Baltimore and Washington.

The second annual Taste of Two Cities food truck competition runs all day Saturday at Rash Field at Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It features at least 20 Baltimore food trucks and 20 from Washington that will be judged by local personalities.

Rawlings-Blake will present the Mayor's Cup Trophy to the winning food truck. The food truck with the healthiest item will win the United Way's Golden Carrot Award. Several bands will also perform at the festival.

Admission to the food truck festival is $5 for adults. Children under age 12 are free.

The festival runs until 9 p.m.
