WASHINGTON - The D.C. Department of Public Works will be handing out sandbags Sunday to residents.

Residents can pick up a maximum of five bags per vehicle at the following location:

• Coolidge High School, 6315 5th Street NW: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Residents should bring proof of residency.
