RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Virginia State Police say troopers have responded to more than 350 wrecks since a winter storm hit the state.

State police spokeswoman Corinne Geller says troopers also responded to 228 disabled vehicles between midnight and 10 a.m.

In central Virginia, state police said at least four people were being treated for serious injuries after a weather-related wreck. A commercial passenger bus overturned about 4 a.m. on Interstate 95 in Stafford County. Police say the driver was charged with reckless driving. The bus was carrying 58 passengers from New York to Doraville, Ga.

Airlines canceled some morning flights due to the storm.

In suburban Washington, the National Weather Service reported 10 inches of snow fell at Dulles International Airport and more than 7 inches at Reagan National Airport, which closed its runways for several hours.
