VIENNA, Va. (AP) -- A woman has given birth to a bouncing, baby ice princess.

Police in Fairfax County responded to a 911 call shortly after 6 a.m. Tuesday. A language barrier created a little bit of confusion, said county police spokeswoman Lucy Caldwell, but a responding officer found a woman wrapped in blankets inside a Toyota SUV on the side of the road at Nutley Street, near the Vienna Metro station. The woman cracked down the window and showed the officer healthy, bundled, newly delivered baby girl. She gave the officer an OK sign to indicate that all was well.

Paramedics arrived and took mom and baby to Inova Fairfax Hospital.
