RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Shipments of Evatran Group Inc.'s electric vehicle charging system will begin in February.
The Virginia company announced Monday in a news release that it will offer a discount to the first 250 people who buy its Plugless system.
Evatran says the wireless charging system is currently compatible with all Chevrolet Volt model years and Nissan Leaf model years 2010 to 2012.
Additional vehicles and model years will be announced early this year.
Evatran says it has signed an agreement with Bosch Automotive Service Solutions to support installing the system nationwide.
