RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- The Virginia Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services is holding a meeting Thursday in Richmond.
Agenda items include proposed regulations for enforcing Virginia's noxious weed law and draft rules governing the solicitation of contributions.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday in Senate Room 3 at the Virginia State Capitol.
