Suspect robs McLean bank Tuesday

WASHINGTON — A man robbed a McLean bank on Tuesday and authorities are asking the public’s help to find him.

Around 11 a.m., police say a black man in his late 20s to early 30s entered a bank on the 7700 block of Leesburg Pike and demanded money from the teller. He is described as about 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighing between 160 and 170 pounds with a full beard.

The suspect fled with cash and police say there were no injuries.
