Music festival set next month in Nelson County

LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) -- Organizers of the Interlocken Music Festival say more than 15,000 tickets have been sold so far for next month's event.

The four-day festival at the Oak Ridge Estate in Nelson County starts on Sept. 5.

Scheduled performers include Neil Young, former Grateful Dead members Bob Weir and Phil Lesh, Zac Brown and the Black Crowes.

The News & Advance (http://bit.ly/14uVyMF) reports the festival offers an array of camping and RV options, and student general admission tickets also are available. No single-day tickets are being sold.
