WAYNESBORO, Va. (AP) -- Augusta County Attorney Pat Morgan says federal investigators who toured the county's voting precincts are expected to release their findings in late August.
Morgan tells The News Virginian (http://bit.ly/11gYCwx ) that a team of investigators from the Justice Department completed the two-day tour of all 26 polling places on Tuesday.
A Department of Justice spokeswoman says the team examined handicap accessibility.
Steve Morris of Churchville has said he filed a complaint with Justice over handicap access at a precinct located at the Churchville Fire Station. Morris also says the precinct is in the wrong location.
