School bus crash in Va. injures 2 students

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (AP) -- Authorities say two special-needs students have sustained minor injuries after a school bus ran off a road and crashed in Chesterfield.

Chesterfield County Fire Lt. Jason Elmore says the injured students were treated at the scene of the accident, which occurred around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday.

WRIC-TV (http://bit.ly/192VEvB) reports four students were on the bus, which transports students attending the Educational Development Center.

The students' parents were notified of the crash. A bus driver and a special needs assistant weren't injured.
