Norfolk police ID suspect in fatal shootings of 2

NORFOLK, Va. -- Norfolk police have identified a suspect in the fatal shootings of two men.
Media outlets report that police are searching for 31-year-old Javou Jameil Smith. He's charged with two counts of murder and two counts of use of a firearm.
Investigators found Smith's partially burned car Sunday at an apartment complex in Norfolk.
Police say 46-year-old Ervin A. Peebles and 34- year-old Aalon Smith, both of Drewryville, were shot as they sat in a pickup truck on Friday afternoon.
