JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (AP) -- Motorists in James City County are being warned to avoid contact with a fugitive.
He's not likely to carjack anyone. But an encounter with him could cause some damage.
That's because he's a bull, and he weighs between 900 and 1,200 pounds.
WAVY-TV (http://bit.ly/13Hxk2b ) reports that authorities put up an electronic sign advising motorist to drive with caution after the bull escaped from a farm on Forge Road.
Another bull that also escaped was captured and euthanized on March 4.
Police say the owner fears a vehicle will hit the bull or someone will try to approach it. The owner asked the fire department to alert motorists about the potential hazard.
