ACCOMAC, Va. - Authorities are increasing the reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction related to a string of arsons on Virginia's Eastern Shore.
The Accomack County Sheriff's Office said Thursday that the reward has been increased from $5,000 to $25,000.
They've also set up a tip line and are posting new printed fliers throughout the area.
Nearly 50 arsons have been reported in the county since Nov. 13, 2012.
No one has been injured. A majority of the structures have been abandoned.
State Police say the fires may be the work of several individuals, based on evidence.
