RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Jurors are recommending a three-year sentence for a Richmond man convicted in a fatal hit-and-run.
Media outlets report that a Richmond Circuit Court jury made its recommendation Thursday. The jury found 31-year-old Elias Webb guilty of felony hit-and-run on Wednesday.
Prosecutors say an SUV driven by Webb hit 24-year-old Lanie Kruszewski as she was riding a bicycle on July 29, 2012.
