Va. truck driver charged after bicyclist killed

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Richmond police have charged a truck driver after his vehicle fatally struck a bicyclist.
Police spokeswoman Dionne Waugh says 53-year-old David Hagerman of Richmond was charged Tuesday with reckless driving.
Waugh says 62-year-old Luther M. Jefferson was struck Nov. 1 on Mechanicsville Turnpike near an Interstate 64 off ramp. Jefferson later died at a hospital.
